About The Role
As a CBRE Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing graphic design materials. This job is part of the Graphic Design job function. They are responsible for developing creative that aligns with the organization's image, identity, and brands. What You’ll Do
Design both print and marketing materials using corporate templates. This includes websites, brochures, floor plans, etc. Ensure artwork and copy are the correct size, type, and style, to follow company branding guidelines. Prepare and provide creative drafts and samples to clients and management for review. Make edits as necessary based on collaborative feedback. Collaborate with clients, managers, art directors, and other project participants to understand the assignment, audience, messaging, and layout. Create and update professional, team, and property profiles. Prepare artwork for distribution. Ensure specs and file sizes and formats are printer ready. Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops and reviewing industry publications. Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Impact the quality of own work. Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding. What You’ll Need
Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Prior experience with Adobe, PowerPoint, InDesign, Gamma, Beautiful.AI, Canva, and Google Slides. Create client presentations, market updates, case studies, surveys, etc. Proficient in Microsoft office & Google Suite. Demonstrated ability for visual storytelling & brand building – send examples of prior work. Stays on cutting edge of new design and graphics tools – and has interest in trying new products to drive productivity and creativity for the team. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $70,000 annually and the maximum salary is $80,000 annually.
