EMBARK Fine Jewelry
Social Media & Digital Content Coordinator
EMBARK Fine Jewelry, Lafayette, Louisiana, United States, 70595
Job Title: Social Media & Digital Content Coordinator
About Embark
Embark Fine Jewelry is a women‑owned fine and demi‑fine jewelry brand based in Louisiana, built on the belief that jewelry should feel personal, approachable, and meaningful. We design pieces for the big days, the every days, and all the days in between — with a strong focus on community, storytelling, and elevated but wearable design.
Our brand lives visually and digitally just as much as it does in our showrooms, and we’re looking for a creative, detail‑oriented content coordinator to help bring Embark to life across social, email, and digital platforms.
Role Overview The Social Media & Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for executing Embark’s marketing initiatives through high‑quality content creation, digital asset development, and daily social media management. This role works closely with the Marketing Manager, who leads strategy and campaign planning, while this position brings those ideas to life through visuals, content, and execution across platforms.
This is a hands‑on, creative role for someone who loves capturing content, refining visuals, and making sure every touchpoint feels distinctly Embark.
Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Social Execution
Execute social media campaigns based on strategies and content calendars developed by the Marketing Manager
Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms — including posts, stories, reels, and short‑form video
Capture and edit photography and video for digital, email, website, and print use
Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms
Email & SMS Campaign Support
Design and execute creative email and text campaigns using provided strategy and messaging
Build email layouts, graphics, and visual assets to support promotions, launches, and events
Assist with scheduling, testing, and quality control prior to sends
Digital Asset & Graphic Design
Create and manage digital assets for social media, email, website, and print
Maintain organized digital asset libraries for easy access by marketing and leadership teams
Resize, repurpose, and adapt creative assets for multiple platforms and formats
Website Visual Updates
Maintain and update the visual aesthetic of the website to align with current campaigns, seasons, and brand standards
Refresh homepage banners, graphics, product imagery, and promotional content
Community & Platform Management
Support daily social media engagement, including comments, DMs, and community interaction
Stay up‑to‑date on platform trends, tools, and content best practices
Work cross‑functionally with marketing, merchandising, and showroom teams to capture relevant content and support launches
Take direction and feedback from the Marketing Manager while contributing creative ideas and execution recommendations
Qualifications
Experience creating and executing social media content for a brand or business
Strong graphic design skills (Canva required)
Photography and video capture/editing experience
Familiarity with email and SMS platforms (Klaviyo preferred)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and file management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deadlines
Employee discount on jewelry and services
Paid time off and holiday schedule
Ongoing training and professional development
Opportunities for growth within a growing, women‑led company
