Freelance Affiliate Manager
Prop Trading | Crypto | Forex | CFDs Fully Remote | Flexible Hours | Commission-Based (with view to perm)
We’re partnered with a fast-growing prop trading company operating across Forex and Crypto, who are looking to bring on a Freelance Affiliate Manager to help scale their user acquisition through high-quality partnerships. This is a hands‑on, revenue‑driving role for someone already embedded in the crypto / trading ecosystem, with a strong affiliate network and a commercial mindset. The role will start on a commission‑only freelance basis, with a clear path to a permanent role with base salary + bonus as the program scales.
What you’ll do
Build, manage, and scale an affiliate program across crypto, FX, and trading communities
Recruit and onboard affiliates (influencers, content creators, IBs, Telegram/Discord groups, websites)
Negotiate CPA, revenue share, or hybrid commission models
Manage and optimise affiliate performance (FTDs, volume, LTV, ROI)
Support affiliates with tracking links, creatives, and landing pages
Ensure partners comply with brand and financial promotion guidelines
Identify new regions and growth opportunities (EU, APAC, LATAM)
What you’ll have
Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager (crypto, trading, FX, fintech, or iGaming preferred)
An existing affiliate / partner network within the crypto or trading space
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Confidence analysing performance data and optimising campaigns
Understanding of compliance in financial or crypto marketing
Experience with affiliate platforms (e.g. HasOffers, Everflow, Impact, NetRefer) is a plus
