New Business Development Executive
who thrives in a startup environment and knows how to
create opportunity—not wait for it . This is a
hunter role . You’ll be in the field visiting clinics, cold-calling, prospecting, and building your own pipeline. We provide supplemental leads weekly, but success here comes from initiative, ownership, and grit. What You’ll Do
Generate new business through in-person clinic visits, cold outreach, and relationship building Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close Educate physicians and practice leaders on ZEO’s biologic solutions Build long-term provider partnerships in a high-growth biotech space Track activity and pipeline in CRM and collaborate with internal teams What We’re Looking For
Experience in
biotech, biologics, regenerative medicine, medical device, or pharma sales Comfortable with outbound prospecting and self-sourced leads Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and follow-through Motivated by performance, accountability, and growth Compensation
$73,000 base salary 10% commission on all sales (uncapped) W-2, full-time | Field/Hybrid role Why ZEO?
