Key Responsibilities:

Event Marketing & Management:

Coordinate and manage webinars and in-person events, including logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up.

Website Updates:

Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and alignment with branding.

Content Development: Assist in creating compelling marketing materials, blog posts, and thought leadership pieces.

Social Media Management:

Develop and schedule posts across social platforms to increase engagement and brand awareness.

Email Marketing:

Build and execute email campaigns using HubSpot, including audience segmentation and performance tracking.

Create and design PowerPoint presentations

for webinars, in-person events, and client-facing materials, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

1+ year of marketing experience, preferably in professional services or legal industry.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in HubSpot and familiarity with social media platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
