The Senior Manager, Channel Management is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing channel strategies that drive revenue growth and partner success within the High Services & Channel Sales sub pillars. Responsibilities

Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive channel strategy aligned with business goals. Drive partner engagement models that support service‑led growth and high‑value solution selling. Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners aligned with strategic objectives. Build and maintain strong executive‑level relationships with key partners. Define and track KPIs to evaluate partner performance and program effectiveness. Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes. Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment across the partner lifecycle. Serve as a key contributor to the global channel leadership team, influencing go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies. Continuously assess market trends, partner feedback, and competitive dynamics to refine the channel model. Champion new initiatives that enhance partner value and drive net‑new customer acquisition. Other duties as assigned by senior management. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. 8+ years of experience in channel management, marketing, sales, or account/business development—preferably in high‑tech or service‑driven industries. Strong analytical, negotiation, and executive communication skills. Strategic thinker with a high‑potential for action and results. Deep understanding of the services channel landscape and partner economics. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment. Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing complex partner relationships. Essential Job Functions

Must be able to travel by air and occasionally for extended periods. Occasional domestic travel required. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Must be able to lift 25 lbs. Regular and on‑time attendance. Benefits
