Women’s Designer
to support the Founder and Creative Director in bringing elevated, functional activewear collections to life. What You’ll Do
Design and develop women’s activewear styles across core categories (leggings, bras, tops, sets, and seasonal capsules) Partner closely with the Founder & Creative Director to interpret vision, mood, and brand direction into commercial product Create sketches, CADs, and design details with a strong focus on
fit, form, and function Support fabric selection, trims, and construction techniques that enhance performance and wearability Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical Design and Product Development through fittings and revisions Stay ahead of market trends, social-first aesthetics, and emerging performance innovations Assist in line presentations, seasonal concepts, and color stories aligned with brand identity What We’re Looking For
3–6 years of experience designing
women’s activewear or performance apparel Strong understanding of
body-conscious fit, compression, and movement-driven design Seamless or circular knit experience is a
strong plus Ability to balance trend-led design with technical performance needs Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and industry-standard design tools Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment Passion for fitness, fashion, and community-driven brands The Details
