We are seeking a

Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join our client’s growing boutique agency. Specializing in large construction accounts, this role offers a unique opportunity to work with a team that values personalized service and innovative solutions for their clients. As a critical member of their team, you'll manage a dedicated book of business focusing on large construction accounts, collaborating closely with clients to provide tailored risk management and insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities
Oversee a book of commercial lines accounts, primarily focused on construction clients, ensuring top-tier service and support. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing consultation and strategic recommendations on coverage, renewals, and risk mitigation. Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and coverage reviews, proactively identifying and addressing potential gaps. Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate terms and deliver optimal solutions to meet client needs. Work with Account Executives and Producers on new and renewal business strategies and develop client-specific coverage proposals. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager or similar role, specifically with large construction accounts. Proven expertise in handling complex accounts within the construction industry, including knowledge of coverage needs unique to the sector. Strong proficiency in commercial insurance processes, with the ability to manage renewals, endorsements, and client relationships effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of delivering outstanding client service and building long-term relationships. Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance (preferred).
