The role develops, supports, and controls sales of HSC products within the assigned territory, meeting annual sales quotas within the approved budget. Responsibilities include developing new customers through territory visits, tradeshows, prospecting, and handling incoming product inquiries; providing product information and pricing; writing orders; and resolving complaints. This role is based in Carlsbad with a hybrid schedule. Key Responsibilities
New Accounts/Franchisee Business and New Market Opportunities Sell to Franchisees and New Accounts through prospecting and upselling existing accounts Drive all sales within the territory by phone and face-to-face interactions Travel within the sales territory to meet prospects and customers Follows up, qualifies, and closes sales leads Existing Accounts Promote and sell repair and equipment maintenance programs Resolve price, service, and delivery disputes as required Acquire new product approvals Product Demonstrations and Trade Shows Perform live demonstrations of Company products and present service programs Prepare trade show status reports on business potential, customer problems, and competitive activities Assist with setup, teardown, and shipment of trade show booths and equipment Qualifications
BA Degree (4 years) preferred; 25-75% travel required 3+ years of B2B direct sales experience Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota Phone sales experience Professional attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented for quote preparation Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; CRM experience preferred Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required Join us at HSC to help shape our workforce and drive our success. Compensation includes a pay range of $70,304 - $92,900 plus commission.
