We are seeking Inside Sales Representatives to support outbound outreach and book qualified discovery calls with prospective clients. This role focuses on initiating conversations, identifying fit, and scheduling meetings for our senior team. You will not be responsible for technical selling, solution design, or closing deals.

This is a commission-based role designed for self-motivated individuals who want flexibility, autonomy, and strong upside tied directly to performance.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound outreach primarily via cold calling

Engage SMB owners, partners, and senior decision-makers

Qualify prospects and book discovery calls

Accurately document outreach and meetings

Follow provided messaging, positioning, and guidance

What We Are Looking For

Comfort with cold calling and outbound B2B conversations

Professional communication and confidence speaking with decision-makers

Sales experience preferred but not required

Tech or professional services sales experience is a plus

Organized, reliable, and able to follow basic processes

Interest in learning cybersecurity concepts at a practical level
