Monday through Friday, with possible alternating Saturdays on call in case of business needs

Be the first point of contact for customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right products.
Drive Growth:
Engage in inside sales, help customers assess needs, provide quotes, and find solutions.
Ensure a Smooth Operation:
Help keep the store running smoothly, organize merchandise, and process sales with attention to detail.
Be a Reliable Backup:
Use your Class B CDL to deliver essential gases and welding products when regular drivers are out.

At least one full year of Class A or B CDL driving experience verifiable under DOT requirements in the past 5 years, or a recent graduate from an accredited driving school. Excellent customer service and a proactive attitude are a plus.
Endorsements:
Class A or B CDL with a Hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain Hazmat upon contingency of offer.
Clean Record:
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and at least 21 years of age.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 25-75 lbs regularly and up to 125+ lbs with equipment; frequent bending, walking, standing and driving up to 8 hours per day for hazardous cargo.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with sales platforms or ability to learn systems like SAP or other CRM/order entry systems.
