Door-to-Door Sales Representative – Pest Control (Experienced Only)

Lindy’s Local Pest Control is a fast-growing, family-owned company based in Davis County, Utah. We’re looking for experienced door-to-door sales professionals to help expand our local presence. This is a 100% commission-based position with unlimited earning potential — ideal for proven closers who want to build long-term income and leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

Door-to-door sales of residential pest control services

Build and maintain relationships with homeowners

Educate customers and close same-day accounts

Work closely with the owner and service team

Contribute to building the local sales operation and culture

Qualifications

1+ years of door-to-door sales experience (pest, solar, alarms, roofing, etc.)

Proven ability to close deals and meet goals

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, disciplined, and competitive

Committed to integrity and long-term customer relationships

Additional Information

Compensation : 100% commission + residual income

Earning Potential : High – based on performance (no cap)

Growth Path : Team Lead, Area Manager, or VP of Sales opportunities
