This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced wholesale sales professional. You will be responsible for growing wholesale revenue, developing and managing retail partnerships, and converting qualified prospects into long-term accounts. Responsibilities
Own wholesale revenue growth and account performance. Build, manage, and convert a qualified wholesale sales pipeline. Identify, pursue, and onboard new retail partners. Manage pricing, terms, and negotiations. Grow existing accounts through structured relationship management. Prepare for and execute at select industry trade shows. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in wholesale, B2B, or retail partnership sales. Experience within consumer goods, baby, nursery, home, or lifestyle products. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Strong organization, follow-through, and communication skills. Ability to work full-time, on-site in Miami, FL. Compensation
Base salary plus performance-based incentives, with medical benefits and paid time off.
