What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Create new, organic Hospital and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Anesthesia service clients across a portfolio of solutions

Develop and execute a defined strategic plan for growing new business

Navigate complex business transactions between Physicians and Hospitals

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal leaders and external clients

Contribute to market insights and participate in leadership discussions

What is Required (Qualifications)

Significant experience in sales, business development, operations, or M&A roles focused on hospitals, health systems, or ambulatory surgical centers

Proven track record in the Healthcare Provider space of creating profitable business deals

Strong existing relationships with executive leaders of provider organizations

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Undergraduate degree required, with willingness to travel 2 to 3 nights per week on average
