Description
Partner with B2B Channel Sales Enablement leaders to plan, track, and deliver the production of sales enablement digital assets, programs, and initiatives.
Own production plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies for multiple concurrent projects.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams including design, editorial, publishing, copywriters, and localization vendors to ensure alignment and execution.
Drive intake, prioritization, and scheduling of B2B enablement work to support program goals.
Monitor program progress, identify risks or gaps, and proactively recommend mitigation strategies.
Support program operations including forecasting inputs, budget tracking, vendor coordination, and execution readiness.
Prepare and deliver clear program updates, dashboards, and status reports for stakeholders and leadership.
Document processes, workflows, and best practices to enable repeatable execution.
Help ensure enablement projects and programs are scalable, measurable, and consistently executed worldwide.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or operations supporting sales enablement or go‑to‑market initiatives.
Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
Strong organizational and execution skills, with attention to detail and follow‑through.
Experience coordinating timelines, deliverables, risks, and communications across global teams.
Ability to clearly communicate status, risks, and decisions to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities.
Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑paced, highly collaborative environments.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,900 and $207,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
