Job Summary The Sales Administrator plays a critical role in supporting our sales organization by ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of sales orders. This position partners closely with Sales, Finance, Leasing, and Service teams to keep deals moving efficiently from approval to funding. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Process and enter sales orders with a high level of accuracy, ensuring compliance with Visual Edge IT policies and revenue recognition standards
Submit and manage credit applications for deal pre-approval, including cash transactions
Obtain buy-out, trade-up, and leasing quotes as needed to support sales activity
Review order documentation to ensure completeness, including leasing requirements and maintenance contracts
Coordinate with leasing partners to facilitate timely funding and resolve documentation issues
Ensure all customer documents are scanned, stored, and maintained accurately and on time
Track lease return authorizations and support proper close-out of lease transactions
Maintain and report on lease portfolio activity
Provide administrative and system support for Sales Operations
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries from Sales, Service, Finance, and Management
Manage document control and support general administrative functions as needed
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Required Skills / Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
1–3 years of experience in a sales administration, sales support, or finance-related administrative role
Experience supporting a sales organization, particularly in order processing, leasing, or financing environments
Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel
Ability to work collaboratively across departments while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities
