Canvass assigned neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to our services Deliver a confident, value-driven pitch that builds trust quickly Identify and qualify leads, capturing accurate customer information Secure booked appointments for the sales team Represent the company with professionalism and courtesy Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for appointments and lead quality Compensation
This role is commission-driven, with earnings directly tied to the number of qualified appointments you create. High-performing canvassers routinely earn well above industry averages Additional bonuses available for exceeding weekly or monthly targets No cap on earnings - your results determine your income Qualifications
Required
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with strangers and handling objections Ability to walk for extended periods and work outdoors Reliable transportation to assigned territories Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to follow scripts while adapting to real conversations High school diploma or equivalent Preferred
Experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or customer-facing roles Familiarity with CRM or mobile lead-tracking tools Proven track record of meeting performance targets
