Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and win new business with senior HR and Talent Acquisition decision-makers
Leverage your existing network and prospecting expertise to generate qualified leads
Deliver consultative, solutions-based selling that focuses on long-term partnership
Collaborate with leadership on proposals, pricing strategies, and pitch materials
Maintain post-sale relationships to drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Qualifications (Required and Preferred)
Proven experience selling to HR or Talent Acquisition buyers
Track record of initiating opportunities and turning them into lasting partnerships.
Exceptional communication and consultative sales skills
Background screening knowledge not required
Self-starter with a disciplined approach to pipeline management and outreach
Comfortable operating independently and making strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment
Motivated, curious, and client-obsessed
