We’re seeking a skilled Copywriter who can take complex concepts and turn them into clear, compelling messaging that moves people. You’ll write across a wide range of formats and industries, balancing creativity with strategic intent. If you’re comfortable shifting tone, meeting fast-paced deadlines, and crafting copy that informs, inspires, and converts — this role is for you. This position is on site 4 days a week in Hauppauge in office and one day remote, offering a competitive base compensation and benefits package. Portfolio required for consideration.
What You’ll Do
Produce engaging blog posts and newsletters for sectors such as manufacturing, transportation, and construction.
Write performance‑driven emails and landing pages using best practices to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Develop persuasive copy for executive presentations and pitch materials supporting financial loan products.
Create integrated multi‑channel campaign messaging for social media, email, display ads, and video scripts.
Shape strategic product messaging that highlights value and motivates audiences to take action.
Turn client success stories and raw inputs into polished, narrative‑driven case studies.
Partner with design, product, and marketing teams to ensure messaging aligns with campaign objectives and brand standards.
Conduct research on audience behavior, industry trends, and competitive positioning to elevate content quality.
Edit and proofread materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity across deliverables.
Apply SEO principles to web and campaign content to improve visibility and organic performance.
Adapt messaging variations for A/B and multivariate testing to support continuous optimization.
Contribute ideas for concepts, content themes, and campaign-level creative direction.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of professional copywriting experience across digital marketing channels
A strong, diverse portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility, and measurable impact. Background in financial services or B2B industries preferred.
Ability to write effectively for multiple formats (blogs, email, ads, landing pages, presentations, and social content)
Understanding of marketing funnels, buyer journeys, and conversion‑oriented copy
Experience in financial services or B2B environments is a plus
Comfortable working independently, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
Excellent editing skills with a sharp eye for grammar, tone, and detail.
Experience with leveraging AI writing tools for brainstorming and refinement.
