
The Visual Designer is a senior individual contributor within a multidisciplinary creative studio, responsible for delivering high-quality visual design across brand, marketing, motion, and environmental experiences. This role partners closely with Creative Managers, Art Directors, Producers, and senior creative leadership on global campaigns, immersive environments, and internal communications.
As an in-house brand steward, you ensure the client’s brand and IP are represented accurately and creatively across all touchpoints. You bring the versatility to move seamlessly between executive presentations, marketing campaigns, and environmental graphics—while maintaining exceptional craft and visual standards.
What You Bring
8+ years of brand design experience within entertainment or global consumer brands
Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling across layout, typography, color, and motion
Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation tools
Understanding of how 2D design translates into 3D environments and physical spaces
Experience guiding external agencies and partners
Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator and collaborative partner
Deep connection to entertainment and creative culture
Global experience preferred
