
Key Areas of Responsibility
Independently ideate and produce high volumes of content: stills, motion, across multiple platforms and tools, operating with minimal guidance while staying aligned with creative leadership. Create culturally relevant, high-performing content that drives meaningful consumer connection, measured through attention and engagement metrics such as likes, comments, shares, and saves. Analyze real-time performance and audience response to live content across social platforms, extracting insights and rapidly adapting creative direction based on learnings. Collaborate across teams and disciplines to execute rapid-turn requests while maintaining quality under tight timelines. Actively participate in creative brainstorms, project kickoffs, and team meetings, contributing thoughtful ideas and helping shape design and content strategy. Support creative leadership and mentorship efforts by helping guide and elevate the team members and freelancers. Experience and Knowledge Required
4-6 years of professional creative experience, with a demonstrated passion for producing content across a wide range of platforms including social, streaming, AR, music, film, and interactive media. Strong technical proficiency, including: Videography and photography using cell phones, DSLR, and cinema cameras Video editing on social platforms and common editing platforms including after effects, DaVinci, premiere, etc. Writing and documentation in live docs Art and design execution using Adobe Creative Suite and other tools End-to-end content creation capability, with the ability to concept, produce, edit, and deliver work independently. A self-starter mindset, consistently demonstrating responsibility, accountability, and initiative. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams, fostering strong cross-functional relationships and delivering positive outcomes. Ability to travel Job requires 60% travel. Travel as needed for on-location shoots, productions, and events, representing the studio professionally and executing high-quality work in the field. Timing
