You in This Role As a Graphic Designer on the Media Team, you will support Rotor Riot’s fast‑paced media, marketing, and e‑commerce efforts by creating visually compelling graphics across digital, print, and video platforms. This role is ideal for a designer with strong fundamentals who is excited to grow within a content‑driven brand and collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and media teams.

A Day in the Life

Designing eye‑catching YouTube thumbnails and social media graphics

Creating digital marketing assets for campaigns and promotions

Designing product visuals, banners, and promotional graphics for the Rotor Riot online store

Producing print materials such as flyers, event graphics, banners, and marketing handouts

Collaborating with video editors to create titles, overlays, and lower thirds

Working closely with media and marketing team members to support ongoing projects

Iterating on designs based on feedback while maintaining brand consistency

Managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment

What You’ll Do

Create graphic assets for YouTube, social media, and digital marketing channels

Design e‑commerce graphics including product visuals, store banners, and promotions

Produce print‑ready designs for events, marketing, and in‑person activations

Support marketing campaigns with clean, on‑brand visuals

Assist with video and motion graphics such as titles, overlays, and lower thirds

Maintain and apply Rotor Riot brand guidelines across all designs

Collaborate cross‑functionally with media, marketing, and video teams

Take feedback constructively and iterate efficiently on designs

What You’ll Bring Required:

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals (layout, typography, colour)

Experience designing for print (flyers, banners, marketing handouts)

Ability to create clean, consistent, on‑brand visuals

Strong organisation, attention to detail, and reliability

Openness to feedback and willingness to learn new tools and workflows

Preferred:

Experience with motion or video graphics (After Effects or similar)

Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Shorts formats

Experience designing for e‑commerce or product‑focused brands

Product packaging design experience

Experience using Canva for quick‑turn marketing assets

Interest in FPV, action sports, or digital media brands

Exposure to UI/UX or website design
