EG Consumer Care

creates innovative brands of nutritional supplements, medical aids and medicines that are available in pharmacies without prescription (OTC). We emphasize ‘evidence-based nutraceuticals”: nutritional supplements that are scientifically tested and who help you sustain your health.

EG Specialty Care

also offers very specialized prescription medicines – mainly to hospitals and psychiatric institutions. We are also working on expanding the product line with, among others, biosimilars. To strengthen our team, we’re looking for a:

About Your Role The

Marketing Manager

is responsible for building and growing a portfolio of molecules, achieving both turnover and profitability objectives. You will develop and implement strategies and brand plans that align with the company’s vision and budget. Acting as a strong brand guardian, you will ensure consistency and excellence in execution across all touchpoints. In this role, you lead a team of Brand Managers and report to the BU Director Gx.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for the overall marketing strategy and execution of the Generics portfolio. You develop, present and execute yearly marketing plans based on relevant insights, category trends and market dynamics

You build strong, future-proof portfolios that meet the needs of key stakeholders (patients, doctors and pharmacies)

You act as the business owner, ensuring topline and profitability targets are met through active mix management and net revenue management principles

You optimise budget allocation for maximum ROI and continuously monitor performance

You lead and coach a team of Brand Managers and a Digital Graphical Officer, fostering talent and a high-performing team culture

You deliver a consistent communication across all touchpoints, adapting STADA’s brand activation playbook to local market needs where relevant

You align strategy and plans with Sales Managers and other internal/external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation towards GPs/SPs,pharmacists and patients

You ensure impactful communication tools and supporting materials are developed to empower pharma and medical reps and to communicate with impact to patients

You collaborate with the Business Development team to design a portfolio roadmap that keeps our offering superior and future-proof

You work cross-functionally with Pharmaceutical Affairs, Business Development, Supply Chain and other departments, ensuring regular alignment and clear communication

Required Profile

Motivated, Energetic and Passionate (MEP)

Master’s degree in pharma, marketing, commercial engineering or related field with a minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience

Previous brand building and/or brand development experience in pharma is a plus

Excellent strategic skills with the ability to align teams to the strategy and drive flawless execution

Able to thrive in a complex environment and keep the right focus

Market access and pricing knowledge within pharma is essential

Strong marketing skills with a solid track record in building brands and businesses, including media planning expertise

Strong business acumen with solid P&L knowledge and familiarity with net revenue management principles

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

Strong people manager who can develop and grow talent while energising the team

Entrepreneurial go-getter with a collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills

Fluent in Dutch, French and English
