Role Business Development Representative (BDR), Enterprise Sales
will be a key player on our growing sales team. You’ll work with Account Executives to identify leads, qualify prospects, and develop strategic outreach to secure high-value meetings. You will have visibility into the sales cycle and gain hands-on experience in deal progression.
The most important attributes beyond core sales skills are adaptability, intellectual curiosity, outstanding verbal communication, problem solving, and being a strong team player.
What You’ll Be Doing
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Research and identify potential customers to build a pipeline of qualified leads using tools like LinkedIn, CRM software, and industry resources.
Outbound Outreach: Conduct cold calls, send personalized emails, and engage on LinkedIn to initiate contact with prospects.
Qualifying Leads: Assess the needs of potential customers to determine alignment with GreenLite’s offerings.
Scheduling Meetings: Develop rapport and set up appointments or demos with qualified leads for AEs.
Educate and Engage: Share relevant information about GreenLite’s offerings, demonstrate value, and handle objections.
Pipeline Management: Maintain lead information in the CRM (HubSpot), track progress, and ensure accurate reporting of activities.
Collaboration with Sales Team: Work with AEs and other team members to engage high-potential prospects and identify strategies to book meetings.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to refine outreach.
Performance Reporting: Regularly update management on lead generation progress through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Process Improvement: Refine outreach techniques, ICP targeting, and lead qualification criteria to optimize conversion and pipeline flow.

Pipeline Contribution: Value or volume of opportunities added to the sales pipeline.
Team Culture & Collaboration: Contribute to a positive team culture and stay informed on industry trends.
What We’re Looking For
Sales Experience: 1-4+ years in sales lead generation with ability to build rapport, manage pipelines and CRM systems, qualify leads, and collaborate with AEs.
Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize tasks, and maintain organized records in CRM tools.
Resilience: Ability to stay positive and productive in face of challenges.
Coachability: Openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
Proactive and Self-Motivated: Ability to prospect independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
