The THREE P’S are what Christopher Dymek thinks seperates Golf Professionals from others: Playing Professionalism Personable If the hired candidate has a passion for PLAYING the game of golf, shows up to work each day in a PROFESSIONAL manner and is PERSONABLE to the members, guests and family (staff) they will be successful at Manasquan River Golf Club and beyond.
