This is a full-time, on-site role located in De Pere, WI, for a Motorcycle Sales Professional. You will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their riding needs, and providing expert guidance on motorcycles, gear, and accessories. Daily tasks include showcasing motorcycles, facilitating test rides, handling sales documentation, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting overall dealership operations to ensure a positive customer experience. As part of our team, you will help enthusiasts find their ideal ride while upholding excellent customer service. Qualifications
Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills to build rapport and assist customers effectively. Knowledge of motorcycles, gear, accessories, and an enthusiasm for motorcycling. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and support dealership operations as needed. Organizational skills for managing sales documentation and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Previous retail or sales experience, ideally in automobiles or motorcycles, is preferred but not required. A valid motorcycle license and riding experience are highly beneficial. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate customer schedules. Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401k Training
