is seeking a UX/UI Designer (Level 2) to join a collaborative, mission‑focused team designing user experiences for sophisticated systems, tools, and applications. You’ll work closely with product owners, engineers, and subject matter experts to transform complex workflows into intuitive, modern user experiences.

Responsibilities
Lead the planning, design, and development of user experience workflows, interface conventions, and visual design elements.
Support requirement‑gathering sessions, analyze user needs, and translate findings into experience design artifacts (wireframes, prototypes, mock‑ups, visualizations).
Participate in trade‑off discussions with engineering teams to balance usability, technical constraints, and system performance.
Apply UX best practices to design intuitive interactions for tools, devices, and system interfaces.
Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending new interaction patterns, design techniques, or visualization approaches.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout development and integration.
Qualifications Required Education & Years of Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human‑Centered Design, Digital Media, or related field.
10+ years of experience in UX/UI or User Experience Design.
Additional Skills Required:
5+ years leading or contributing to full project lifecycle design within the last 10 years.
Experience designing for enterprise or mission‑critical systems.
Familiarity with modern UX tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro, etc.).
Ability to communicate design intent clearly with engineering and product teams.
Experience working in Agile or SAFe development environments.
