Summary
As a key member of OneDigital’s Property & Casualty marketing team, the Marketing Specialist, Property & Casualty will help build and execute on our national property & casualty marketing strategies, initiatives, and assets. This role will contribute to and manage a wide variety of marketing initiatives — including content development and design, sales enablement, client communications, internal communications, growth campaigns, marketing technology and website optimization, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate is an excellent writer and problem-solver who is comfortable collaborating with sales, service, and leadership teams.
Responsibilities
Write content for thought leadership articles, case studies, sales enablement materials, client communications, and growth campaigns, with a focus on developing core industry expertise aligned with brand voice and themes. May collaborate with external vendors to produce content.
Collaborate with the property and casualty team subject matter experts to create content and align marketing initiatives with practice operations, evolving property and casualty market trends, and client expectations.
Help maintain and update brand voice and style across marketing materials, website, and digital campaigns.
Support property & casualty marketing operations, including helping to maintain and distribute sales enablement materials.
Support internal communications and team alignment for the property & casualty practice, including maintaining SharePoint intranet site, planning and executing internal email campaigns and events. Ensure communication and collateral align with and support the company’s and property & casualty practice’s key business objectives, mission, values, and brands.
Aid in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns – digital, email, social, and direct mail - to support client retention and new business growth.
Provide marketing support to property & casualty leadership team.
Support the execution and promotion of national property & casualty events (in-person, webinars, and client advisory focus groups) where applicable.
Engage with client and prospect marketing data; leverage data analytics to improve client experience, innovation, and go-to-market strategies for new solutions; use marketing tools to track and analyze client/prospect interaction data.
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements
Strong content writing, editing, proofreading and interviewing skills are essential.
A proactive, can-do attitude with a collaborative spirit.
Creative thinking with a passion for problem-solving and desire to continuously learn and improve.
Ability to prioritize and think strategically.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, independent or team environment.
Must be self-motivated and disciplined.
Comfort with technology and using online software to manage your work.
Must be a confident communicator in collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts across the organization.
Education, Training and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Instructional Design or a related field;
3+ years of marketing experience, preferred; Experience working in the property & casualty insurance industry – commercial lines and/or personal lines is a plus.
Strong content writing capabilities, including research and discovery with subject matter experts, leaders, and other sources.
Experience working with many of the following or similar tools and ability to easily learn new tech: digital (HubSpot, Optimizely, Bynder, LinkedIn Ads, Zoom Webinar, On24), design (Canva, PowerPoint, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), planning (Smartsheet, Planner), other company tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Seismic, AI Coworkers, Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, Zoom).
Experience with the following is a plus: agency management systems (Applied Epic), and CRM or insurance industry tools (InsuredMine, Client Circle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).

This is a hybrid role, with a minimum in-office expectation of 2 days per week, with more occasionally required depending on business activities.
No to minimal travel.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
