This is a hybrid role including in office and remote working days. Must be a resident or relocatable to Austin TX area.

Must be able to work one of the below shifts: 8:00am-4:30pm CT, or 8:30-5:00pm CT, 7:30-4:30pm CT or 8:00-5:00pm CT.

Responsibilities

The Sr Inside Sales Business Development Manager is a revenue-generating position with responsibility for quarterly sales quota attainment for the Facial Aesthetics portfolio of products (BOTOX Cosmetic, JUVDERM Collection of Fillers, SkinMedica, KYBELLA) and for growing the portfolio through business development activities using primarily phone communication.

Represent the Allergan Aesthetics product portfolio to targeted aesthetic customers within a designated geographical area; provide product and program education, drive product adoption, and portfolio growth through business development activities.

Provide technical product and procedure training, competitive product differentiation, and align goals with the U.S. Sales/Marketing plan.

Leverage Allergan Medical resources to enhance adoption of the Allergan Medical Aesthetics Portfolio; coordinate with other Allergan sales personnel and support teams (e.g., Facial Aesthetics, CoolSculpting, SkinMedica, Marketing); comply with required reports and policies.

Develop account knowledge and call plans; communicate with regional leadership; manage sample allocation, orders, marketing materials, and marketing strategies for accounts; lead execution on campaigns/promotions, product launches, and training.

Identify growth opportunities by expanding reach with customers, expanding product portfolio utilization, and launching new products and indications.

Educate and support customers with marketing strategies, including website and social media, internal branding, patient segmentation, and external marketing efforts.

Pre-plan sales calls and manage time effectively to maximize engagement with customers.

Maintain updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products; ensure compliance with all quality and regulatory guidelines.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Regional Manager, field reps, and Inside Sales Area Manager to drive sales objectives and growth opportunities.

For leaves of absence or vacant territories, develop and execute a coverage plan with relevant stakeholders and manage campaigns and initiatives accordingly.

Attend sales training and meetings; complete administrative responsibilities timely (presentations, expense reports, etc.).

Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent the company with integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism.

Qualifications Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant industry experience.

Requirements

Two or more years of relevant sales experience required.

Track record of earning strong commissions; ability to work independently; highly organized with superior communication skills.

Ability to travel by air and/or car up to 15-20% of the time.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

Experience in the aesthetics/healthcare industry involving interaction with physicians and patients.

Experience educating or influencing targeted customers.

Two years of Inside Sales experience preferred.

General Qualifications

Knowledge of Inside Sales selling skills and business environment.

Strong time management and independent work capability.

Ability to maintain accuracy and quality in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.

Strong analytical and business acumen skills; proven selling skills; ability to develop relationships remotely via telephone.

Proficiency with Salesforce automation and Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and related software.

Additional Information

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of posting based on the job grade. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on location and other factors.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan for eligible employees.

This job is eligible to participate in short-term incentive programs.
