If you’re ready to make your mark in the AI space, NeuraFlash is the place for you. AS A SALESFORCE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Drive incremental sales pipeline and support existing customer requests Work with Demand Gen to build and execute ABM Campaigns with prospects Follow up and create relationships with our Salesforce, Amazon, and CLM Partner networks Build an accurate sales pipeline via calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions Work closely with the sales team to manage the life cycle of a client and/or opportunity, and accurately track customer interactions, information, and updates in Salesforce Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects Work collaboratively with Demand Generation, Partner Comms, and Sales to generate demand from marketing/campaign initiatives, nurture relationships with our partners, and help our Account Executives in managing our house account list Log and track meetings generated from BDR follow up in Salesforce Support the Sales team by writing BASHOs for them to leverage in their own patches Drive the new business, strategy, and business objectives within over 100 of NeuraFlash’s base/house accounts Be an impactful team member of the sales organization QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience Familiarity with Salesforce CRM 1-3 years of sales, business development, or inside sales experience (preferably in Saas, AWS, or Salesforce ecosystem) Hunter mentality and driven to find key stakeholders and new business opportunities Competitive nature and confident demeanor- we want someone who is not afraid to speak with high level customers Passion for contributing to the growth and overall success of the business Track record of being a high achiever in past organizations (school, past work experience, volunteering, athletics, etc.) Ability to work from our Burlington, MA office What’s it like to be a part of NeuraFlash?

Travel: Travel may be required for certain roles, with an anticipated travel commitment of up to 25%. Location : NeuraFlash strives to provide flexibility regarding location. Roles may be based in our hub locations within the United States or remote locations for US-based employees; Canada-based, India-based, and Colombia-based employees may work remotely as applicable.
