The Upmarket Acquisitions Product team is responsible for the customer experience for all applicants to Upmarket’s flagship card products, one of the fastest growing programs at Capital One. This role focuses on removing friction from the application experience and building new capabilities for application decisioning. You will set the product vision and deliver a roadmap of enhancements to delight applicants and drive conversion rate improvement, collaborating with platform and segment partners to shape the end to end customer experience. At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
A Bachelor\'s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master\'s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated. McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered will be reflected in the offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
