Job Summary We are seeking a relationship driven Key Account Manager to support and grow strategic customer partnerships. In this role, you will serve as the primary link between key clients and internal teams, driving account satisfaction, long term retention, and revenue growth. This position includes periodic travel to customer sites and active oversight of CRM activities to ensure strong account health.

Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships with assigned key accounts as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor

Expand and retain accounts through upselling, cross selling, and strategic renewal planning

Lead regular account reviews and communicate monthly and quarterly progress

Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, risks, and service improvement opportunities

Forecast and track key account metrics while negotiating contracts and closing renewal or expansion deals

Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring thorough activity tracking and account visibility

Develop or support the creation of training materials, client resources, and marketing content

Share customer feedback with internal teams and advocate for customer needs

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field

Proven experience in sales, marketing, account management, or a similar role

Ability to travel up to 30%

Ability to manage multiple accounts or projects with strong attention to detail

Proficiency in CRM systems (such as HubSpot, Sage, or Salesforce), including data analysis and pipeline management

Strong analytical abilities with the ability to present clear, actionable insights

Customer service expertise and issue resolution capability

Willingness and ability to travel for meetings, site visits, or events

Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong relationship building with stakeholders and executive level contacts

Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Self-starter with a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset

Adaptable and accountable in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, and work on a computer for extended periods

Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds (such as laptops or presentation materials)

Ability to travel for meetings and events

Working Conditions

Primarily office-based work with regular client facing interactions

Travel by car or air as needed

Occasional extended hours to meet deadlines or attend meetings
