Base Pay of $18/hour, plus commission and performance incentives

What You’ll Be Doing

Represent Rite Window inside retail stores and at promotional events

Engage shoppers with energy and professionalism, educating them about our products and services

Generate leads by scheduling in-home consultations for our design and installation experts

Participate in training sessions to continually develop your product knowledge and communication skills

Help homeowners start their journey toward beautiful, hassle-free home upgrades

What You Bring

1–2 years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles is a plus—but not required

Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people

Motivation to exceed goals and grow your income

Willingness to learn from others and contribute to team success

Availability on weekends (Saturday/Sunday), with weekday flexibility

Ability to travel locally to assigned stores and events

Schedule & Location

Locations across Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire

Weekend availability required (Saturday/Sunday)

Additional weekday shifts and local travel for events and in-store coverage
