
Futura Energy Group is partnered with a leading global power conversion and energy services provider to appoint a Territory Account Manager supporting its expanding North American and international operations.
Our partner is a full-service engineering and field solutions business operating across critical energy infrastructure markets. With more than 15 years of industry experience and workshop, refurbishment, and test bench facilities across the U.S., LATAM, and Europe, the organisation supports OEMs, IPPs, utilities, and asset owners through power conversion systems, grid-connected equipment, component manufacturing, field services, and aftermarket programs.
This role is being hired to build the commercial discipline, forecasting accuracy, and customer engagement capabilities required to support the company’s next phase of growth.
Role Purpose The Territory Account Manager will design, manage, and enforce a repeatable commercial operating model across the company’s power conversion and energy systems portfolio.
The role drives pipeline quality, pricing discipline, forecasting accuracy, and customer conversion enabling predictable revenue, protected margins, and scalable delivery across complex, technically driven offerings.
Core Responsibilities
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasts
Validate opportunities and enforce qualification discipline
Drive forecast accuracy to ±10% monthly / ±5% quarterly
Lead RFQ response, bid generation, and standardized pricing frameworks
Maintain margin protection across all product and service lines
Reduce average quote cycle by 30–40% within six months
Customer Ownership
Manage strategic accounts including major U.S. IPPs, utilities, OEMs, and infrastructure owners
Run quarterly business reviews and drive conversion of aftermarket, retrofit, and upgrade opportunities
Cross-Functional Alignment
Work daily with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams across U.S. and international facilities
Validate scope, capacity, lead time, technical assumptions, and cost models before bids enter forecast
Lead sales engineering and commercial support resources
Standardize commercial processes and enforce CRM discipline (Dynamics 365 preferred)
Ideal Background
5–10 years in business development, commercial leadership, pricing, or sales management
Experience with power conversion technologies, grid-connected equipment, or energy infrastructure systems
Track record supporting major IPPs, utilities, OEMs, or large asset owners
Familiarity with aftermarket services, life‑extension, refurbishment, and upgrade programs

Strong financial, pricing, and margin control capabilities
Able to translate complex technical concepts into clear commercial proposals
Comfortable challenging assumptions and enforcing process rigor
