Role Description
You will be the liaison between our customers and their insurance company to ensure a seamless claim/repair process. Hail Genie is offering an excellent commission split, bi-weekly pay per car, generous ongoing spiffs, with quick advancement opportunities for the right Sales Representative to grow with the company. Your essential duties and responsibilities are as follow: Generate leads on a day to day basis. Follow up on leads via phone call, email, visits, etc. Setting up rentals for customers and ensuring their needs are met. Aid customers in filing claims and update them throughout the entire repair process. Schedule drop offs and valet for vehicles coming in, returns for vehicles going out. Qualifications
Strong Relationship Building skills and a client-centric approach Exceptional Customer Service and Communication abilities Proactive attitude with ability to meet and exceed sales targets Flexibility to travel locally and manage on-site client meetings Compensation: Annual Commissions of 80k-150k, TBD
