You will become a Senior Equity Sales Associate specializing in Healthcare, building a franchise, reputation and future as a top-tier institutional salesperson with your own book of business, relationships, and earnings potential. Responsibilities

Develop and OWN institutional relationships with top-tier and middle-market clients who move markets Become the go-to voice for healthcare equity ideas, connecting investors with breakthrough opportunities Drive revenue by opening new accounts, increasing wallet share, and monetizing premium research and access Orchestrate high-stakes investor engagement—roadshows, conferences, & exclusive events that move millions Work directly with leading healthcare analysts, positioning yourself at the center of the action Shape investment decisions by delivering actionable insights and data points that institutional clients depend on daily Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned The Healthcare Advantage

Bachelor\'s Degree (Business, Economics, or related field preferred) 1-2+ years of equity sales experience at a producing level (you\'ve already proven you can generate) FINRA Series 7/63 licenses Demonstrated success establishing and growing institutional relationships Existing healthcare sector relationships Entrepreneurial fire and competitive drive Executive-level communication skills Self-starter mentality with team-first attitude Organizational excellence and ability to juggle competing priorities Hunger to build something significant Track record of account growth and revenue generation What We Offer
