About the Role
We’re hiring an
Entry-Level Sales Representative
to help build the foundation of a growing warehouse storage systems startup based in Greenville, SC. This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants real responsibility, hands-on learning, and a clear path to growth. You’ll work closely with leadership to learn how to sell
warehouse storage and material handling solutions
while helping expand the company’s presence across the Southeast. What You’ll Be Doing
Learn the fundamentals of
B2B sales
in the warehouse storage and warehouse solutions space Support outbound outreach to warehouses, manufacturers, distributors, and logistics operations Assist with prospecting, follow-up, and account development Participate in discovery calls and site visits to understand customer needs Help introduce and support solutions such as
pallet racking, shelving, mezzanines, and warehouse storage systems Work closely with senior sales and leadership on quoting, project flow, and solution selling Track activity, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM tools What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)
Strong understanding of warehouse storage products and customer applications Confidence in outbound outreach and customer conversations Consistent activity and pipeline contribution Increasing ownership of accounts or a defined territory Clear progression toward a full outside sales role Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Haves: Strong work ethic and positive, coachable attitude Willingness to learn and take feedback Comfort with outbound outreach and relationship building Nice-to-Haves: Internship or early experience in B2B sales Exposure to industrial, construction, logistics, or warehouse environments Interest in warehouse operations, material handling, or supply chain No prior industry experience required—training will be provided.
