Reports to: Inside Sales and Marketing Manager

Our company is growing and looking for a new member of our team. We are a 46-year-old, second generation family owned building materials distribution business with a team culture, and our employees matter most! Our current employee tenure is over 10 years! We pride ourselves on creating relationships, having exceptional knowledge, providing high quality products and having unmatched integrity.

We are looking for an Inside Sales candidate who is looking for a great company to work for.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Create and develop meaningful relationships with our customers

Generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information and develop accounts

Answer customer questions and concerns

Make outreach calls and emails to customers with current sales or promotions

Grow sales for the company and assigned account list

Provide first class service to new and longtime customers

Communication with territory managers and management team on customer feedback and product reception

Requirements and qualifications:

The right candidate will be comfortable on the phone and computer working with our customers.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Possesses and energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor

Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

Flexible and able to adapt quickly

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite(Outlook, Excel, Word)

Previous inside sales experience or related experience preferred, but not mandatory, willing to train the right person.

Ability to work onsite in Montgomery, IL, while effectively collaborating with the sales team.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

7:30am - 4:30pm
