Core Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle: outreach → demo → close Proactively generate demos through strategic outbound efforts (digital + relationship-based) Consistently maintain a full demo calendar driven by your own activity Follow up relentlessly—no fear of “no,” and no premature acceptance of it Close new accounts and contribute directly to monthly and quarterly revenue goals Digital Outreach Strategies
Design, execute, and refine digital outreach strategies (social media, email, LinkedIn, referrals, events) Represent mya at industry trade shows, conferences, and events Convert conversations into opportunities through charisma, confidence, and clarity Customer Journey Ownership
You will own and optimize the entire mya customer journey, including: Track and measure conversion rates at every stage Identify friction points and improve systems, messaging, and processes Ensure customers feel confident, supported, and educated post-sale Partner internally to continuously improve the mya experience Metrics, Tracking & Accountability
Track and measure all outreach, demos, conversions, onboarding milestones, and retention metrics Maintain organized CRM and reporting systems Use data to inform strategy, prioritize efforts, and improve results Be accountable for outcomes—not just activity Who You Are
