Ag-Tech, Territory Account Manager – Central & Southern Illinois Ag-Tech Description We are working alongside our client in the Ag-Tech sector to hire an account manager within Central & Southern Illinois. The client Our client are an established Ag-Tech company, providing actionable and detailed crop intelligence, providing growers insights and agronomic data which allow them to increase their yields and reduce costs. The Role Responsible for driving the adoption of our clients software, translating insight into repeatable, scalable revenue. Requirements\Qualifications Experience in ag retail, seed, crop inputs, precision ag, or ag technology sales Proven ability to manage and grow territory-based revenue Strong understanding of row-crop production systems (corn/soy preferred) Comfort selling technology platforms and analytics, not just physical products Ability to operate independently with high accountability Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly Responsibilities Own and grow relationships with existing ag retail and cooperative partners across the territory. Support partners in positioning our analytics to enterprise growers as a decision-driving platform, not a one-off tool. Identify and develop new channel and enterprise grower opportunities aligned with territory strategy. Drive adoption of full-season aerial analytics and satellite products within prescribed seasonal contracting windows. Prospect and expand accounts into additional platform offerings as customer maturity increases. Execute a disciplined territory plan focused on repeatable, partner-led growth, not custom services. Serve as a trusted advisor to retailers and enterprise growers, helping them interpret insights related to emergence, in-season stress, and yield risk. Demonstrate how our analytics improve decision quality, operational efficiency, and ROI for both retailers and growers. Partner closely with internal teams to ensure customer success, renewal, and expansion. Train and enable retail partners on how to sell, support, and scale our product within their customer base. Maintain strong knowledge of local cropping systems, retailer economics, and grower decision cycles. Represent our client at customer meetings, field events, and regional industry engagements. Salary:

$100,000 - $120,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission + Equity
