Outside Sales Representative

to grow and manage business within the

Birmingham, Alabama

market. This is a field-based sales role focused on developing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth within an established but expandable territory. This position offers a strong compensation structure, including a

$100K first-year guaranteed earnings plus additional commission opportunity , making it an attractive opportunity for an experienced sales professional looking to grow their career in an equipment or transportation-related environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and grow an assigned territory through new business development and ongoing account management. Build strong relationships with customers, prospects, and key decision-makers. Conduct in-person customer visits, needs assessments, and solution-based sales presentations. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. Maintain accurate records of customer activity, opportunities, and forecasts. Stay informed on market conditions, customer needs, and competitive activity. Collaborate with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and long-term account growth. Qualifications Previous

outside sales experience

required; equipment, transportation, or industrial sales preferred. Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field. Ability to manage a territory and prioritize customer activity effectively. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally within the territory.
