Overview ARCAT serves the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) community with essential resources, tools, and content used throughout the entire design process. Our platform features an extensive library of building product manufacturer profiles and their product listings, including technical information like CAD details, BIM objects, specifications, and much more.

For building product manufacturers, ARCAT provides both high-value visibility and a direct path to getting their products selected for real projects. Architects and specifiers rely on ARCAT’s library of product information when making material decisions, which means manufacturers’ products are being discovered, evaluated, and included correctly in project documents.

Role Description ARCAT is seeking a motivated District Sales Manager to grow our presence within the Texas territory. This is a full-time, fully remote position, but requires travel for trade shows, client meetings, and occasional onsite visits. *CANDIDATE MUST BE BASED IN TEXAS.

In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with building product manufacturers, identify new business opportunities, and help clients increase their visibility across the AEC community using ARCAT’s suite of solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to support client success and drive long-term growth.

Salary: $85,000 to $150,000+ total compensation, consisting of a competitive base salary, commission on all sales, and an enhanced commission structure that strongly rewards growth.

Key responsibilities

Developing and executing sales strategies that expand market share

Managing and growing relationships with existing clients

Identifying and closing new business opportunities

Conducting virtual sales presentations

Representing ARCAT at industry events and trade shows

Providing feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement

Qualifications

Proven sales experience with skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and lead generation

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in sales strategies, market analysis, and account management

Familiarity with the architecture, engineering, and construction industry is a major plus

Experience with CRM tools and sales performance metrics

Ability to work remotely and willingness to travel as needed

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related fields is preferred
