This vital position is paid a
competitive annual salary
of
$45k-$55k , plus benefits after 90 days of employment such as

Responsibilities
Lead the Orlando, FL team as Residential Lead HVAC Installer
Provide high-quality residential HVAC installations
Coach, mentor, and delegate tasks; ensure timely follow-through to achieve good results
Maintain safety and manage time while prioritizing tasks effectively
Collaborate with leadership to meet project goals
Qualifications
Minimum of five (5) years of verifiable residential installation experience (commercial experience will be considered)
Ability to work "off-hours" and weekends as needed
Clean driving record
Proven track record in heating and cooling systems
The ability to draw simple diagrams, read blueprints, and other diagrams
Strong verbal and written communication skills
NATE and EPA certifications are a plus
Location: 32746
Must have the ability to pass a drug screening.
