About the Role We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Business Analyst
to work with
public sector clients , translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. This role sits at the intersection of
consulting, product ownership, and solution design , partnering closely with stakeholders, developers, and project leadership in an agile environment.
You’ll lead discovery, shape requirements, and design low‑code Salesforce solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Engage stakeholders to define business outcomes and success criteria
Lead discovery and requirements refinement workshops
Translate requirements into
user stories, epics, and solution designs
Perform
fit‑gap analysis
against Salesforce capabilities
Design Salesforce solutions using
declarative configuration, automation, data models, and integrations
Support custom development by drafting specifications and overseeing testing
Iterate solutions in an
Agile / Hybrid-Agile
delivery model
Develop and deliver end‑user training
Partner with project leadership to manage scope, budget, and timelines
Contribute to accelerators, best practices, and thought leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years
experience in IT systems development
At least 1 current Salesforce certification
(Admin, App Builder, Sales/Service/Community Cloud)
Hands‑on experience with
Salesforce Lightning, Flow Builder, dynamic forms, formulas, and validation rules
Experience with
data migrations
and process mapping
Strong understanding of
B2B, B2C, and hybrid business models
Experience writing epics and user stories
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
US citizenship required
Ability to
obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
Nice to Have
Consulting background (Big 4 or Salesforce partner)
Public sector or government client experience
Experience with
Public Sector Solutions or OmniStudio
MBA or degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering
