As a Luxury Watch Consultant, you will be at the forefront of facilitating high-value transactions on the Chrono24 platform, playing a crucial role in providing expert guidance and building trusted relationships with both buyers and sellers of luxury timepieces. You will be a brand ambassador for Chrono24, demonstrating a deep passion for luxury watches and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. What you can expect

Key responsibilities include: Serving as a trusted advisor and knowledgeable resource for both buyers and sellers of luxury watches, possessing a deep and comprehensive understanding of luxury watch brands, models, market trends, and pricing dynamics. You will be skillfully facilitating the negotiation process between buyers and sellers, ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome and a smooth transaction experience. You will be managing leads by meticulously tracking customer interactions, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM system. You'll be proactively developing and executing strategies to identify and engage potential buyers and sellers of high-value watches, building and nurturing relationships with discerning collectors. With our team being part of the Private Office unit that handles the most exclusive client relationships and watches, you will also be working together with our Watch Advisory teams on complex global transactions delivering a first in class customer experience.
