Responsibilities
The Starlink Product Growth Lead will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities & scaling successful initiatives in key markets around the world. Projects typically entail developing new offerings, business models, and channels Analyze financial impact of growth experiments and forecast opportunities to drive prioritization of business and engineering initiatives Serve as a key liaison with Finance on consumer growth initiatives, developing advanced financial and subscriber acquisition models Assess consumer insights and analytics to identify winning & losing demand generation approaches Lead development and execution of strategic programs (e.g., campaigns, new channels) to maximize global sales for a product category Research industry ecosystems to inform the business on product positioning Communicate and drive product improvements across the business by working with key stakeholders including Finance, Platform Software, Design, Product Engineering, Marketing, Country Growth, and Customer Support Requirements
Bachelor's degree 1+ years of cumulative work experience in management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations experience 1+ years of experience using Excel for financial modeling Preferred
3+ years of management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations experience 1+ years in early and growth stage startups working with lean teams Distinctive business judgment and communication skills Excellent project management, problem solving and analysis skills Experience analyzing data, identifying insights, and developing creative approaches to solving problems Background in financial analysis and working with SQL and/or Python Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives Industry experience in telecom, technology, consumer products, automotive, and/or maritime Benefits
