Lead provider contracting services and engagement initiatives for strategic health partners Negotiate and re-negotiate contracts, reimbursement rates, and terms with providers Analyze financial data to support network performance and strategic initiatives Collaborate with Population Health Analytics teams to enhance provider engagement strategies Mentor and train new hires while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent relevant work experience Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare experience, including three (3) years in provider relations and/or contracting Managed care experience is required Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong negotiation and communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
