The ideal hire will be comfortable making cold calls in an effort to meet new people frequently. You'd be an integral part of our client development process. The right hire will have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective new clients.
Responsibilities
Electronic and phone based client development outreach for the firm. Incentivize hiring leaders to meet and discuss their open positions, and our firm's prospective involvement helping fill the roles. Maintain and develop a pipeline of potential clients. Explain the firm's unique service offering and value proposition in an inspiring way. Qualify potential clients based on their alignment with our firm's mission and values. Serve as a point of contact for questions from hiring leaders. Qualifications
Strong organizational skills High-energy and passion for talent acquisition Experience in a recruiting oriented business development role preferred
