tl;dr: Why choose Flint?

⚡ We\'re winning quickly. We’re backed by Accel, by the same partner who led the series A for Scale, Vercel, and Sentry. We launched out of stealth 2 months ago, and are already powering pages that generate hundreds of thousands of dollars in pipeline. Also recently featured on CNBC.

⚡ We\'re drowning in demand. Flint has thousands of companies on our waitlist with many coming inbound every day. The market has spoken. We\'re growing our team so we can stop turning away customers.

⚡ Recognized names that turn heads. We\'ve earned the trust of customers like Cognition, Reducto, Graphite, Tandem, and more.

The vision

Sandberg instantly understood Flint\'s vision. Imagine a world where your website launches new pages, tests creative, and optimizes performance entirely autonomously. Just as autonomous vehicles respond to real-world inputs like road conditions and traffic patterns, Flint-powered websites respond to external signals such as competitive shifts, user behavior, and trending search queries. The team

The team is led by co-founders Michelle Lim and Max Levenson. Our founding designer Leona Hudelson was previously head of Growth Design at Netflix in charge of optimizing 1B+ visits to netflix.com. The product

Companies have used Flint to hit goals like… Ranking #1 on AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overview

Driving 50% higher ad conversion rates on Google Ads months ahead of schedule

Generating 7 figures of ARR

The first version of Flint\'s autonomous website platform produces on-brand landing pages from content briefs and prompts in minutes. Flint ingests a company\'s existing design system (components, brand guidelines, and visual tokens), then generates fully-coded landing pages that live on the customer\'s top-level domain, on a subfolder at URLs like companysite.com/campaign-name The Role

We\'re looking for a founding product manager who can be the connective tissue between our customers and our engineering team, ensuring we\'re always building the right thing. This is an early-stage PM role, which means you\'ll be wearing many hats. Perfect for someone who\'s aspiring to found something one day, or grow into a senior product or business operations leader. Role scope

Run Tight Feedback Loops into Product & Engineering:

Run product discovery and feedback calls to synthesize what customers and prospects actually need. These calls will be done both pre-sales and post-sales. Bring insights back to engineering so we\'re always building with conviction.

Embed with Customers:

Work closely with enterprise and high-touch mid-market customers during onboarding and adoption. You will experience the friction of enterprise adoption firsthand and bring that context back to the team.

Prototype and Sales Demos:

Build prototypes and demos on Flint to show customers what\'s possible. Jump into pre-sales calls as the technical voice, acting as sales engineer when needed. Create compelling live demos that get prospects excited about what we\'re building

Build the Insights Infrastructure:

Help stand up our analytics stack and customer feedback systems. Make sure the whole team always knows where users get stuck, who needs help, and what the funnel looks like.

Support Product-Led Growth:

Design systems that power PLG at Flint, e.g. syncing product usage signals into our CRM so the team knows which customers to prioritize enabling. Build triage systems for customer feature requests so nothing falls through the cracks

Help Scale the Company:

We\'re a small team in hyperscale mode, so everyone is expected to stretch into many functions. Some weeks you\'ll be deep in customer discovery; other weeks you\'ll be sourcing candidates or running a booth for marketing. Nothing is beneath you. That\'s the feature of early-stage work that makes you dangerously well-rounded

You Might Be a Fit If You... A Computer Science, Engineering, or Math degree.

Have 3+ years in a fast-paced environment where you\'ve touched product, growth, and customer-facing work

You\'re familiar with data warehouses, SQL, and product analytics platforms

Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you shape solutions as much as you implement them.

Bring a founder\'s mindset: proactive, resourceful, high-ownership

See ambiguity as opportunity. You\'re comfortable operating without a playbook, then writing the playbook as you go
