Commercial Lender / Relationship Manager

Multiple locations throughout Western Texas
Overview A well-established Texas community bank is adding a Commercial Lender to support continued growth in its local market. This role emphasizes relationship banking over transactional volume, with strong internal credit and operational support.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow a commercial loan portfolio (C&I and owner-occupied CRE)
Develop new relationships through referrals, COIs, and existing clients
Structure deals in partnership with credit and underwriting
Serve as the primary point of contact for business clients
Qualifications
5+ years of commercial banking experience
Background in C&I and/or CRE lending
Relationship-focused, community banking mindset
Compensation
Competitive base salary
Performance-based bonus
